at Friends Meeting House, New Adel Lane, Leeds LS16 6A (just off the A660), Cost £13.
This is an opportunity to experience a longer spell of mindfulness for people who have completed the 8 week course or similar. Also a chance to reconnect with mindfulness if practice is lapsing. The focus is on bringing mindfulness into everyday life so we use the indoor and outdoor space to do a variety of practices and exercises. Some you will be familiar with, others will be new. You bring a sandwich lunch and tea/coffe and biscuits are provided.
I appreciate not all of you can be away for longer spell on a Saturday but you may consider coming for part of it if all is not possible. People who have complete a beginners mindfulness course sometimes worry that it will be too long a day but if someone is unsure and decides to try it just for a morning, they usually decide to stay all day once they are there and they get into it!
