8 week Mindful Living course
A course consisting of 8 weekly sessions for people  who want to learn mindfulness skills and learn to apply mindfulness in their daily lives to  enhance well-being and reduce stress.   This is based on the MBCT/MBSR course that you may read about in books and newspapers and is also geared around giving you some really practical accessible tools to use every day to manage our relationship between our thoughts, feelings and behaviour which takes us away from living more in the present.  I will be running one in Harrogate on a Wednesday evening in May and June  read more

Taster Sessions
You have unfortunately just missed one. No new ones are planned until September 2017 so best to get in touch and  ask me questions  and find out a little more about it. I can email you an initial track to try and you can see what it is like.

Some people are unable  to attend the regular sessions in a group. Why not consider learning the skills on a one to one basis? Times of sessions can be tailored to your other commitments and the content can be tailored to your particular needs and progress.

Sessions are designed to suit each work place setting, from providing taster sessions, half day or one day sessions to  providing full mindfulness training over  6- 8 weekly sessions to small groups.
