8 session Mindful Living course
A course consisting of 8 weekly sessions for people  who want to learn mindfulness skills and learn to apply mindfulness in their daily lives to  enhance well-being and reduce stress.   This is based on evidence-based on the MBCT/MBSR course that you may read about in books and newspapers and is also geared around giving you some really practical accessible tools to use every day to manage our relationship between our thoughts, feelings and behaviour which takes us away from living more in the present.  I will be running one in Harrogate on a Thursday evening  starting in Sept 2019.   read more…     

3 or 4  session Mindful Resilience course
Annika Wager is experienced in running mindfulness courses (8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and has also trained in ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy). This course amalgamates both these approaches over the 3 or 4 session programme. This short course is suitable for anyone wants to learn the basics of mindfulness, who wishes to improve their wellbeing and develop a greater awareness of their personal values, as well as improving mood and wellbeing in people experiencing stress or anxiety.  read more….

Taster Sessions
I will run a taster session on July 4th 2019 in Harrogate so get in touch if you are interested to attend. £5. 7.30-8.30 pm.  Venue to be confirmed. In the mean time don’t hesitate to get in touch and  ask me questions  and find out a little more about mindfulness  in general or the course specifically.  I am more than happy to have a chat and you can decide if now is the right time for you to engage in this. 

Learn Mindfulness Meditation One to One 
Some people are unable  to attend the regular sessions in a group. Why not consider learning the skills on a one to one basis? Times of sessions can be tailored to your other commitments and the content can be tailored to your particular needs and progress.

Sessions are designed to suit each work place setting, from providing taster sessions, half day or one day sessions to  providing full mindfulness training over  6- 8 weekly sessions to small groups.
