Upcoming Courses and Sessions

This training will take the form of a Mindfulness Resilience Course
over 4 weekly sessions. It introduces mindfulness as a practical tool
and over the sessions introduces ways to develop skills which will build
resilience to life’s ups and downs; rather than thinking about and
reacting to what has happened or might happen it, this kind of training
helps us to respond to what is happening more skilfully. You will
develop practical tools to managing thoughts and emotions and finding
ways to thrive rather than just survive.

Since doing the training I am able to step back from my thoughts and get less caught up in unhelpful thought loops. As a consequence, I feel calmer and more in control.’
‘‘I am starting to be more aware of what is ‘going on’ inside me. It means I can more often respond rather than react when my children are being challenging.’’
